How Our Rentals Work

Please note our Rental Collection is only open to New Zealand residents.

1. Book Your Rental

Select your piece or pieces from our Borrow Collection to hire. Use our booking calendar on the product page to select availability. All prices include a 4 day rental period and returned tracked postage. Please select the day BEFORE your event as your rental start date, as indicated on our booking calendar. Your piece(s) will arrive on or before this date. The last day in your 4 day rental period will be the day that you return the piece. If your event is on the weekend, please select Friday as your start date. Upon checkout if you are renting an item, we will require you to create an account before you checkout and upon completion of your first rental booking request you will receive an email asking you to verify your identity. Please note, we will be unable to accept any bookings without this step. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for more detail.

2. Your Piece Arrives

Upon completion of your booking you will receive an email confirmation of your booking. Your piece will be delivered to you by tracked courier on or before your requested start date. All deliveries must be signed for, so please ensure at checkout you select your address where someone is available to sign for it.

3. Enjoy Wearing Your Piece

We hope that you love wearing your vintage designer jewellery and we know that you will get all the compliments! Please take care of the piece as if it were your own, and small things help these pieces last for longer, so please avoid getting any perfume or moisturisers on them. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions as these outline our terms that apply to our rentals for any late returns, loss or damage.

4. Drop Off Your Piece

On the last day of your 4 day rental period, simply package up your piece(s) carefully in the same packaging that they were sent to you in, pop them in the return courier bag and drop it off to the post office. If you rental period ends on a Sunday, please drop it off first thing on Monday. When you drop it off to the post office, please ensure you drop it to the counter and get the tracking scanned.
